I had this posted in General, I thought updating to 2b11 had something to do with this but problem remains after reinstalling 1.03. Every other function works properly (haven't tested the AUX yet), but the Line Out connection does not work either on my computer or home stereo when it used to. Has this been reported before?

This sounds more like a hardware problem... and in the back of my mind is a fairly recent post, I think by Hugo, mentioning that one of the design differences between the Mark2 and the Mark2A player was a change in the way the RCA connectors were connected to the circuit board as the Mark2 traces were more prone to breaking.

I searched, cannot find that post, so maybe I'm just imagining it. Anybody got a link to that post?
